Can I clone Nexthink Appliances?

The Nexthink Appliance was installed as a virtual machine. In order to speed up the deployment process, is it possible to clone the system?

Answer:

The Nexthink Appliance is not compatible with any kind of cloning method. The resulting system will encounter database inconsistencies causing biased values or incomplete metrics.

Nexthink highly recommends installing each Appliance using the ISO file provided with almost every release. The installation process using the ISO was specially made quick and simple, to lower the time spent installing the appliance.
