1. Configure Category “Package Priority” to categorize all applications running in your environment in one of four keyword

   • 1. Business Critical - has impact on the business

   • 2. User Critical - has impact on departments, groups of people, etc.

   • 3. None - has no impact, no priority

   • 4. Out of scope - not in scope
