In this section of the configuration guide, you can find solutions to the most typical issues that the CMDB administrator might experience.

If you experience, any misbehavior with the Nexthink ServiceNow Service Graph Connector application or any error is displayed in the ServiceNow interface or logs, please refer to this troubleshooting guide for further information. In the event the incident is still ongoing after reading the following sections, please send an e-mail with a description of the issue to support@nexthink.com to open a ticket, further investigate the root cause and eventually resolve the issue:
