How can I solve the "Unable to access Nexthink Library" errors?
Device is using a Proxy
In some cases, Finder might not be able to connect to the Nexthink Library when the proxy is configured in Internet Explorer using the option "Use an automatic configuration script".
The Finder currently relies on the Internet Explorer configuration to gather the proxy settings (if a proxy is used) and the connectivity between the device from which we are using the Finder to the Nexthink Library, might not be successful when the proxy is configured in Internet Explorer using the option "Use an automatic configuration script".
There's a workaround for this, as you can manually add the proxy settings to the Internet Explorer configuration in the "Proxy server" section of the image above.
In some other cases, The Nexthink Library access is being blocked by the organization's Network or Firewall.
Please make sure you meet the Finder Connectivity Requirements. You can also follow the steps below for basic network troubleshooting:
Check that your network is up and fully working and has internet access.
Check that the Nexthink Library is reachable (DNS, routing). From a command shell, type:
nslookup library.nexthink.com ping library.nexthink.comCODE
If the commands above did not resolve the Nexthink Library FQDN to an IP address, it is probable that your DNS servers are not able to resolve to this address. You may need to check with your DNS Server provider or IT Infrastructure.
If you think there is an issue with our Nexthink Library server, you may want to submit an incident to Nexthink Support (firstname.lastname@example.org). In this case, please provide us with all the troubleshooting steps done so far.
